
WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS DO YOU SERVICE?
The easy answer is ALL OF THEM! We love a good party no matter the occassion.
HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
Travel within 25 miles of 01516 is included in the starting package, however we are willing to travel further for a small fee, just inquire!
CAN YOU ONLY TAP ALCOHOL?
No way! Soda, juice, cider, etc. are all possible. We have empty kegs on hand that can be utilized by our clients for anything not provided by a liquor store. We can even fill an emplty keg with something you feel like mixing up such as a specialty cocktail or homemade sangria.
DO YOU PROVIDE THE ALCOHOL?
Our mobile taphouse is rented "dry" meaning we do not provide any of the beverages for your party. Event hosts are responsible for the purchase of any and all beverages being connected to our taps, however we are here to assist you with curating a menu and placing an order so you have exactly what you need.
DO YOU HAVE A LIQUOR LICENSE?
We do not. A liquor license is not required since we do not purchase or supply any alcohol. Hops & Dreams is simply a party rental company.
ARE YOU INSURED?
You bet! We carry both General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance policies.
DO YOU PROVIDE BARTENDING SERVICES?
We do not. Our mobile taphouse is intended to be a self-serve event feature.
HOW BIG IS THE MOBILE TAPHOUSE?
Our mobile taphouse measures 13ft in length from hitch to bumper by 5ft wide. The taps are accessed on the driverside of the unit.
DOES THE MOBILE TAPHOUSE REQUIRE A POWER SOURCE?
No power source needed as our taphouse is designed to run off grid! This leaves you with plenty of options for parking as long as we fit.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT YOUR MOBILE TAPHOUSE?
Our starting price is $650 for up to 4 hours. Head over to the 'OUR PACKAGE' page for additional details on what's included and what can be added.
WHAT IF THE KEGS AREN'T EMPTY WHEN TIME IS UP?
If you have elected for Hops & Dreams to return the kegs on your behalf, we will need to collect them when time is up, whether they are empty or not. If this is a concern, we highly suggest you rent a tap kit from your liquor store of choice and handle the drop-off on your own. This will allow you to finish off the kegs once we leave.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
- A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the grand total is due at the time of signing your contract.
- The final balance is due 10 days prior to the event.
- A late fee of 15% will be charged if balance is paid late.
- If a payment plan is requested, we will work with you to determine a payment schedule that ensures all funds are received at least 10 days prior to the event.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY BOOKING?
- If you need to cancel your booking, the 50% non-refundable deposit will be forefeited.
- Any payments made towards the balance that go above and beyond the deposit will be returned.
- In the event you need to reschedule your booking, the deposit may be transferred to a mutually agreeable date ONCE with no penalty and must be requested no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled booking.
- Requests to reschedule that fall within 7 days of your original booking will be assessed a 20% fee.
